Title: Belarus 562M Let the clutch out. Nothing happens
Post by: matonanjin on July 25, 2018, 06:47:22 PM
In hindsight I guess I saw this coming.  When pulling my disk when I would turn it would slow way down and almost stop.  The engine did not slow down.  The speed almost slowed to a stop.  When I got straightened out it would speed up.  Today, I let the clutch out and nothing happens.  Unless I'm in 1st gear and, of course, I can't disk in 1st gear.
Is replacing the clutch my only option?  Could it be anything else?  He asked hopefully! :-\

Sure sounds like the clutch is toast. Have you checked the pedal adjustment linkages on the side of the transmission? As the clutch disc wears you have to adjust the linkages according.
