Unthread them from the orange fittings and take them to a hyd. shop. They should be able to match them up.
I've had issues on my one rake that's made in Italy with odd ball fittings. When hoses break on it. The local hyd shop only stocks standard fittings so I have to always go to the city to get hoses made for it. I've put adapters on it now so standard fittings will hook up.

Sure any hydraulic shop should be able to make you up a hose.  They will have to have metric fittings though, maybe post a pic of the hose.

Does anyone know if there is a fitting that I can install inline to adapt on the belarus hydralic end so I can buy American made hydralic hoses? Or do I have to buy hoses from Belarus?
