I bought two batteries for my AN400 but when I went to connct them, there was a ground cable on one side and both cables on the other but no part to connect them. Would someone please tell me (or post a link to a part) that I need to chain the two batteries together? Please

My farm was flooded in a couple weeks ago it caused alot of damage Ive got to get my tractor running to fix stuff

A year later I have given up trying to convert two batteries to one, and am looking up information for two batteries. I just found this thread and realized my response to Haymaker came off as smart aleck so I need to apologize. Better late than never. I think the reason for my response was that I was aggravated the time trying to find the answer to my question. I know that wouldnt go well in the real world if someone was trying to help me, so forgive me

This title is a typographical error. It should say how do I convert two batteries to one.

The text however says it right the question is how do I convert it from using two batteries to one.

It should be obvious why I want one I would think. So I can use one battery instead of two right now I have no batteries instead of spending three hundred bucks I'd rather spend half that and have one battery and have a simple or setup.

And a lot of people have made that 221 conversion. So please if anyone can tell me how they did the 2 to 1 conversion I'd appreciate it

Forgive me if this has been covered before but the search engine isnt working (I just searched for "battery" in posts by me and it pulled up nothing. My last thread was about batteries and it had alot of replies too)

I can't figure out how to convert my 400AN from using two batteries to one. I showed it to a friend who is a better mechanic than me and neither could he. It looks like both batteries are used for different things.

Has someone done a write up on how, or could someone explain it ?

Thanks for telling me about the batteries. I read it the day you did post it but have not answered because it was on my phone and I hate texting And making post with my telephone.

That was a lengthy and detailed right up you did to answer my question though and I appreciate it and I'm looking forward to getting my tractor running
